The men’s normal hill individual ski jumping competition for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada was held on February 12 and 13, 2010 at Whistler Olympic Park in Whistler, British Columbia. It was the first medal event of the 2010 Games. Swiss athlete Simon Ammann won the gold medal, with Polish jumper Adam Ma?ysz winning silver and Gregor Schlierenzauer of Austria taking the bronze.
